There is a real shortage of housing in the UK, affecting thousands of people in different ways. There are rising levels of homelessness, quality affordable housing is in short supply, and vulnerable people, such as rough sleepers, people fleeing domestic abuse, mental health conditions and people with a disability, face a lack of suitable housing and the support they need.
By combining our property expertise with our core values of community service and the wellbeing of all humankind, we intend to support vulnerable people with the most basic of needs – providing safe, calm home environments from where they can thrive in their local communities, contribute positively to society and love their life.

While our primary focus isn’t on profit, it naturally follows from the dedication and passion we pour into everything we do. Operating efficiently allows us to reinvest in the business, strengthening our financial foundation to reward our investors and further extend the positive impact we’re making in the community.
